Kundalini Yoga is a yoga of awarness

When you practice kundalini yoga You become aware of your body, your breath of your feelings and your emotion.  

You become aware of your inner potential.

Kundalini yoga will makes you feel grounded, stable and opens your heart.

Kundalini Yoga completely changed my life and gave me what I had not found in other schools of yoga: greater awareness, and a deeper sense of love for myself, my life and a space dedicated to that.

 

Kundalini yoga involves practice of kriyas (set of asanas or positions), meditations, pranayama (breathing exercises), mudras (position of hands and fingers), and the chanting of mantras.

Kundalini yoga optimizes the functioning of your immune system, vital glands, build a strong nervous system, improves circulation and enables us to develop awareness of how our habits impac us.

Kundalini Yoga is presented as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
