During the retreat will be time for: 

morning and afternoon yoga practice  (kundalini yoga and ashtanga yoga - all levels),

visiting countryside (we can arrange mini tour to visit some beautiful places arround)

visiting the center of Florence or Siena (one day off from afternoon yoga dedicated for longer trip)

relax and wellbeing in nature

How to arrive:

 

The Retreat is situated near Florence, about an hour from Florence airportand about one and half hour from Pisa airport 

There is possibility to arrange transport from the airport to retreat place.

There is possibility to travel together from Copenhagen, if you have questions or need assistance in making your journey please do not hesitate to contact us – we are happy to help you!

Program:

Friday  

- arrival, accommodation, welcome dinner

Saturday - Thursday (not Wednesday)

- morning yoga session (early kundalini yoga sadhana or/and Ashtanga yoga - all levels)

- breakfast

- free time (possibility to arrange different excursion)

- lunch

- free time

- afternoon yoga session (kundalini yoga or/and ashtanga yoga - all levels)

- silent time (about one hour after afternoon yoga practice)

- social evenings, relax

Wednesday

- morning yoga (early kundalini yoga sadhana or/and ashtanga yoga - all levels)

- breakfast

- free time to visit Florence or Siena or other beautiful town nearby

Friday 

- morning yoga session (early kundalini yoga sadhana or/and ashtanga yoga - all levels)

- breakfast

- goodbye, departure

Morning Yoga with Monika will clean your body from toxins and bad emotion, located in the body.

Afternoon kundalini yoga will heal your mind and heart


Kundalini joga

 

Kundalini Yoga is a yoga of awarness

When you practice kundalini yoga You become aware of your body, your breath of your feelings and your emotion.  

You become aware of your inner potential.

Kundalini yoga will makes you feel grounded, stable and opens your heart.

Kundalini Yoga completely changed my life and gave me what I had not found in other schools of yoga: greater awareness, and a deeper sense of love for myself, my life and a space dedicated to that.

Kundalini yoga involves practice of kriyas (set of asanas or positions), meditations, pranayama (breathing exercises), mudras (position of hands and fingers), and the chanting of mantras.

Kundalini yoga optimizes the functioning of your immune system, vital glands, build a strong nervous system, improves circulation and enables us to develop awareness of how our habits impac us.

Ashtanga joga

Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic yoga style that consists of synchronizing movement with the breath. Practice, which is a form of meditation in motion, calms to the body as well as the mind. By getting rid of the tensions we allow the free flow of energy through our body. Concentrating on the breath we give rest to the tired excess of stimulus to the nervous system.

The retreat will be led by:

Agnieszka Bera - yoga instructor with more than 10 years of experience in teaching yoga. A few years ago, Agnieszka fell in love in Kundalini yoga. Kundalini yoga changed her life, giving her just what she was missing in her yoga practice: awareness, self-love and space for herself.
Agnieszka has more than 500 hours of teacher training and she is a certified yoga teacher by Yoga Alliance. Agnieszka is also a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher by Kundalini Research Institute and Yoga Alliance.

Agnieszka speaks fluent italian and know italian culture very well, because she was living in Italy many years and has italian nationality as well.

Please note that Agnieszka teaches in English (Italian or Polish for request)
