This is time for yourself, for your practice and for you to find the space within you in your heart.
During the retreat will be time for
Morning and afternoon yoga practice (kundalini yoga and ashtanga yoga – all levels),
visiting countryside, relax and wellbeing in nature.
How to arrive
The Retreat is situated near Florence and Pisa, about an hour from Florence airport and about one and half hour from Pisa airport
There is possibility to arrange transport from the airport to retreat place.
There is possibility to travel together from Copenhagen and from Poland, if you have questions or need assistance in making your journey please do not hesitate to contact us – we are happy to help you!

Morning Ashtanga Yoga with Monika will clean your body from toxins and bad emotion, located in the body. Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic yoga style that consists of synchronising movement with the breath. Practice, which is a form of meditation in motion, calms to the body as well as the mind. By getting rid of the tensions we allow the free flow of energy through our body. Concentrating on the breath we give rest to the tired excess of stimulus to the nervous system. Don´t worry if you have never try ashtanga yoga before, we will have beginners group as well.
Afternoon kundalini yoga will heal your mind and heart. You will experience how it is to be with yourself, to face yourself, your emotions and feelings. You will become aware of your body, mind and emotions.
The retreat will be led by
Agnieszka Bera – yoga instructor with more than 10 years of experience in teaching yoga. A few years ago, Agnieszka fell in love in Kundalini yoga. Kundalini yoga changed her life, giving her just what she was missing in her yoga practice: awareness, self-love and space for herself.
Agnieszka has more than 500 hours of teacher training and she is a certified yoga teacher by Yoga Alliance. Agnieszka is also a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher by Kundalini Research Institute and Yoga Alliance.
Agnieszka speaks fluent italian and know italian culture very well, because she was living in Italy many years and has italian nationality as well.
Please note that Agnieszka teaches in English (Italian or Polish for request).
Monika Balicka – owner of Yoga Loft School in Poland. Yoga teacher in Ashtanga yoga and Vinyasa, conducts classes inspired by Vinyasa Kram Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, which combines concentration on the breath.
He has the authority of the Ministry of Sport to teach “Psycho-physical exercises” by the Efib Training Center and the completion certificate for teacher training by Manju Pattabhi Jois: “The Primary Series” (1 series of ashtangi by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.
He is constantly learning in Ashtanga style workshops (Manju Jois, John Scott, Laruga Glaser, Basia Leipzig, Mark Roberds, David Keil).
